Outreach
As part of the mission of Immanuel Episcopal Church, we strive to recognize the spiritual presence of Christ in our lives and to live out our beliefs through our actions. Our purpose is to help each other experience the Love of God, openly share the Gospel, and respond in Love to the needs of our neighbors. This ministry area is led by The Rev. Steve Fuller, our priest.

The Community Closet
The Community Closet is our thrift store open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm. If you wish to donate clothing or housewares, please do so when we are open. The Closet is accessed by the driveway off of School St. that is directly across from the United Church of Bellows Falls and immediately east of the Bellows Falls Middle School. All proceeds directly support social service efforts and organizations in our community. Volunteers are needed; come to the store during open hours please speak with Beau in the church office.
The Community Christmas Fund
The Communit Christmas Fund helps provide Christmas to families in Bellows Falls. The Fund is generated each year from a special Sunday collection of quarters and other loose change and with the support of the Community Closet Fund.
Great Falls United Network (GFUN)
We are members of the Great Falls United Network (GFUN), part of Southeastern Vermont Community Action (SEVCA), which assists people in need in our community and operates the Great Falls Warming Shelter s well as the Third Monday Community Supper (September through May in the Undercroft of our church).
Global Outreach/Mission: The LAMB Institute
We also do mission work beyond the borders of the United States, particularly by supporting the LAMB Institute in Honduras.
